You can use Gua Sha morning or evening, depending on your needs:
In the morning: to reduce puffiness and awaken your complexion.
In the evening: to release accumulated tension and promote cell regeneration.
For best results, use 3 to 4 times a week for 5 to 10 minutes.
Rinse your Gua Sha with cold water after each use.
Dry it with a soft cloth and store it in its pouch for protection, or leave it in natural light to recharge its stone energy, especially on full-moon nights.

Move up the neck using very light pressure

With the heart of the Guasha, follow the jawbone up towards the ear to outline the oval of the face.

Using the flat of the Gua Sha, start at the corner of the lips and smooth down to the ear.

Smooth out the eyebrow muscle.
