By validating his order on the website accessible at the address "https://www.yodibeauty.com", the user declares to have read and accepted the GCS prior to placing his order. The validation of the order is thus worth acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company YODI and its customer within the framework of the sale of any product presented on the site www.yodibeauty.com. They aim to define the reciprocal obligations between the seller and the customer. YODI reserves the right to modify at any time the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereafter referred to as GTC. Nevertheless, the General Sales Conditions applicable to the order are those accepted by the buyer at the time of placing the order. The parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by the present contract, to the exclusion of any other condition. The items offered for sale may not be transferred in any way whatsoever.
Any user of the site undertakes to respect, without restriction or reservation, the present GTC, whether he/she visits it or places an order. The customer is required to read them before placing an order. The validation of the order is thus worth acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
3 - PRODUCTS
The items visible on the www.yodibeauty.com website can only be delivered within the limits of available stocks. If the product is not available, YODI commits to inform the buyer as soon as possible by e-mail. The buyer will then have the possibility to choose another article or to cancel his order and be reimbursed.
Any claim by the customer for the ordering or delivery of an unavailable item will be considered unfounded.
YODI makes every effort to describe the products offered for sale as accurately as possible. However, YODI cannot be held responsible for any errors in this presentation. The illustrations and photos of the Products in support of the text are not part of the contractual field. YODI makes its best efforts to ensure that the photographs of the Products are as close as possible to the Products actually delivered to the Customer. Under no circumstances may YODI be held liable on the basis of said illustrations/photos.
4 - PRICES
The selling prices of the products on the YODI Site, indicated in euros and including VAT, are those in effect at the time the Purchaser places the Order. The sale prices of the products may be modified by YODI at any time. The Purchaser will be informed of this modification before placing an Order.
These prices do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased. Shipping costs will be indicated before the Purchaser places the Order. The different shipping methods are indicated on the Site; they may be modified at any time by YODI.
Prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the Order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products sold by YODI on its Site.
Prices, offers and promotions on the yodibeauty.com website are independent of those in the boutique at 27 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris.
5 - ORDERING
Any Order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to the specific contractual conditions concluded between the Parties. The contractual information is presented in French and English. Before validating his or her Order, the Buyer shall have the opportunity to check the details of his or her proposed Order and to correct any errors.
The distance selling contract is concluded from the moment the buyer confirms his order by validating the payment. The Buyer is considered to have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Order in question and in particular these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the fact that his or her Order implies an obligation to pay on his or her part, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and ordered by the Buyer. The Buyer's credit card will be debited immediately upon validation of the order.
Once this step is validated, the buyer will not be able to cancel his Order. The sale shall be final (subject to the buyer exercising his/her right of withdrawal under the conditions set forth in Article 8 of these General Terms of Sale). The Order will be confirmed to the buyer by any appropriate means and an e-mail will be sent to the buyer upon shipment of the Order.
In the event that one or more Products are unavailable after the Sales Order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by e-mail.
The Customer will have the choice to be reimbursed the amount corresponding to the unavailable Products, or to be delivered when the concerned Products are back in stock (unless they are permanently withdrawn from the catalog).
6 - PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The price is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the Customer, by secure payment, according to the following terms and conditions:

The banking data circulate on the Internet network only in encrypted form and are never kept by the Seller. The Customer's order may be subject to a 3D Secure verification. 3D Secure is a system of payment by authentication allowing to guarantee an optimal safety at the time of on-line purchases. During payment, the Customer's bank verifies the identity of the credit card holder before validating the transaction. In order to protect itself against certain abusive practices on the part of fraudsters, the Vendor controls the orders that have been validated on its site. As part of this control, the Seller's customer service may ask the Customer for certain supporting documents, such as proof of address or the name of the person indicated for the delivery address, etc.
The Seller shall not be obliged to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the price in full in accordance with the above conditions.
Payments made by the Customer shall not be considered final until the Seller has received the amounts due.
Late payment shall result in the immediate payment of all sums due by the Customer, without prejudice to any other action that the Seller may be entitled to take against the Customer in this respect.
Payments made by the Customer shall not be considered final until the Seller has received the amounts due. In addition, the Seller reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the above payment conditions, to suspend or cancel the delivery of orders in progress made by the Customer.
The Customer shall not be charged any additional costs beyond those incurred by the Seller for the use of a payment method.
7 - DELIVERY
Delivery is the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.
Delivery charges will be specified on the Web site, including all taxes, during the Order process and must be accepted by the Customer at the time of validation of the Order. They will appear on a specific line separate from the one indicating the price of the Products.
It is expressly stated that delivery charges may vary according to the territory in which the Products are shipped, which the Client acknowledges and expressly accepts.
Delivery times are indicated on the Site and depend on the delivery method chosen by the Customer. The delivery times are valid for working days. In application of the article L. 216-1 of the Code of consumption, the Parties agree that the Products will be delivered within the deadlines specified during the process of Order of the Products and before the validation of the said Order.
Deliveries aremade by La Poste. In this regard, it is specified that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. In the event of a delay in shipping an order, YODI will inform the consumer of a new delivery time. In accordance with article L. 216-1, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, YODI commits to respect the maximum delay of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. The delays of delivery registered within the legal framework of the 30 days cannot give place to any penalty or indemnity, nor to motivate the cancellation of the order.
As an indication, here are the usual delivery times provided by La Poste via Colissimo (after shipment of our products):
France: less than or equal to 5 working days;
Europe: less than or equal to 8 working days.
The Customer undertakes to verify, at the time of delivery, that the Order delivered is complete, compliant and has not been damaged. If not, Customer agrees to refuse to accept the Order and to sign any supporting documents. Any Order received against Customer's signature shall be deemed to be complete and in perfect condition at the time of delivery.
8 - RETURN / EXCHANGE
In accordance with article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days in which to exercise his/her right of withdrawal. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods ordered, the buyer may therefore request an exchange or refund of the item(s) purchased, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition to enable them to be put back on the market, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Beyond the 14 day period, YODI will be free to refuse the exchange, the credit note or the refund.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify YODI (15 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris - firstname.lastname@example.org) of his decision to withdraw before the expiry of the deadline by means of an unambiguous statement. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery charges will be reimbursed; the cost of returning the Product(s) will be borne by the Customer. If you refuse the parcel on delivery and it is returned to Yodi, return costs will be applied. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
The return of the Product is made at the Customer's own risk. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged during the return of the product, YODI reserves the right to refuse to refund the returned product(s).
Unique and personalized products will not be returned or exchanged.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions set forth in this Article.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to perfumes that are packaged and cannot be returned for reasons of protection or hygiene, if they have been unwrapped upon delivery or from which the protective cellophane has been removed.
9 - CONFIDENTIALITY
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, the processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the CNIL and the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her by contacting YODI (15 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris - firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Customer may subscribe to the YODI newsletter and thus choose to be regularly informed of the offers proposed. He has, at any time, the possibility to unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided for this purpose on each newsletter.
10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The YODI website and all the elements that are found on it, whether visual, textual or audio, are the exclusive property of YODI. Any total or partial reproduction without agreement is prohibited and punishable by law.
11 - RESPONSIBILITIES
YODI cannot be held responsible for any events, inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular in the event of a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of a computer virus.
Furthermore, YODI cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract concluded in case of fortuitous situation, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, notably of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire. YODI will not be held responsible for any indirect damage, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or expenses that may occur as a result of this contract.
12 - LEGAL GUARANTEES
The products sold on the site www.yodibeauty.com are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity stated by articles L.217-4 and following of the Code of consumption and the guarantee against the hidden defects stated by articles 1641 and following of the Civil code.
