I've made up a place in my mind that I can always go to no matter where I am in the real world. Overlooking the ocean, with a slight drizzle of rain and a warm breeze. Its my secret imaginary place that makes me content no matter what. I recommend making one of your own.

I was diagnosed with a 28-degree lumbar scoliosis at the age of 13 and ever since then, I have been moving. My diagnosis carved my path towards wellness, healthy living and how essential it is to take care of oneself in a mindful way.
