Cookies brioches sans gluten et sans lactose
For 10 cookies :
- 150 g peanut purée (available in organic stores)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon yeast/baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons sugar of your choice (xylitol, coconut, brown...)
- 70% dark chocolate chips or pieces
Mix everything together and form small, well-spaced piles on baking parchment.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. When removed from the oven, add a pinch of fleur de sel on top.
