Take the Guasha on the flat side & start under the collarbones from the center outwards.

Move up the neck using very light pressure

With the heart of the Guasha, follow the jawbone up towards the ear to outline the oval of the face.

Using the flat of the Gua Sha, start at the corner of the lips and smooth down to the ear.
