Fresh and delicious recipe | Avocado coconut lime tart

New recipe from our 3 happy foodistas 12H03 for the arrival of spring: avocado-coconut-lime tart. 

Renowned for its many nutritional qualities, avocado is enriched with over twenty minerals and vitamins, as well as essential fatty acids that help to effectively combat skin dryness and ageing .

The limeis rich in vitamin C, copper, iron and fiber. It also provides B vitamins, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium. It promotes liver activity and good transit, helping to eliminate toxins. Limes slow down tissue ageing and keep your complexion looking fresh!

List of ingredients for the tart dough 

For 4 tarts

  • 60g whole almonds
  • 150g dates
  • 20g grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

List of ingredients for the avocado-lime filling 

  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • 1 organic lime (all juice and half zest)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk (hard part if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil


  • Grated coconut
  • Edible flowers
  • 1 lime 

For the dough

Blend the almonds to a powder. Then add two thirds of the dates. Pour into a bowl, then add the coconut and melted coconut oil and mix well. Divide the dough into 4 parts and place in 4 tartlet molds, preferably with removable bottoms. Press the dough well into the bottom and up the sides of the moulds and chill for at least 1 hour.

For the trim

In a blender, blend all the ingredients together to obtain a smooth, creamy texture.

Place the cream in each tartlet, smoothing with a spatula, and chill for at least 1 hour before finishing. 


Gently unmold the tartlets and arrange thin slices of lime, shredded coconut and selected edible flowers.

This avocado tart is best served chilled.
