Feeling a little greedy? Here's our Yodista Salomé's quick and easy recipe for gluten-free, lactose-free brioche cookies. 

For 10 cookies : 

  • 150 g peanut purée (available in organic stores)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon yeast/baking soda
  • 1 egg 
  • 3 tablespoons sugar of your choice (xylitol, coconut, brown...)
  • 70% dark chocolate chips or pieces

Mix everything together and form small, well-spaced piles on baking parchment.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. When removed from the oven, add a pinch of fleur de sel on top.
