Our delicious gluten-free and lactose-free bun cookies

Feeling a little greedy? Here is the quick and easy recipe of our Yodista Salomé's gluten and lactose free brioche cookies. 

For 10 cookies: 

  • 150 g peanut puree (in organic stores)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast/baking soda
  • 1 egg 
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar of your choice (xylitol, coconut, brown...)
  • 70% dark chocolate chips or pieces

Mix everything together and form small, well-spaced piles on a piece of parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. When you come out of the oven, add a pinch of fleur de sel on top

and enjoy!
