For 10 cookies:
- 150 g peanut puree (in organic stores)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon of yeast/baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of sugar of your choice (xylitol, coconut, brown...)
- 70% dark chocolate chips or pieces
Mix everything together and form small, well-spaced piles on a piece of parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. When you come out of the oven, add a pinch of fleur de sel on top
and enjoy!
