Organic safflower oil - Rich in omega-6 and vitamin E, safflower oil offers antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that protect the skin against free radicals and promote regeneration. Safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorius L.), the star ingredient of our make-up remover oil, stands out for its multiple benefits for the skin, proven by several scientific studies. Rich in essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid and oleic acid, as well as polyphenols and tocopherols (vitamin E), it offers exceptional antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its polyphenols help prevent premature aging while providing a soothing action. What's more, this oil protects the skin against free radicals, inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, and promotes skin regeneration, making it particularly beneficial for sensitive or irritation-prone skin. How do I use it?
1. Pour 1 to 2 pumps of cleansing oil, warm it in the palm of your hands and apply directly to your dry face.
2. Gently massage with circular movements over the entire face, including eyes (closed) and lips if necessary.
3. Lightly moisten your hands with water to emulsify and continue massaging: the oil will transform into a light, fluid milk that's easy to rinse off.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clear water, then finish the cleaning with one of our 3 cleansers adapted to your specific needs.
How do I use it?
1. Apply to dry skin: pour1-2 pumps of oil into clean, dry hands. Spread it between your palms, then apply it directly to your dry face.
2. Gently massage with circular movements over the entire face, including eyes and lips if necessary to remove impurities (make-up, pollution, sebum).
3. Add a little water: moisten your hands lightly and continue massaging. The oil transforms into a light, fluid milk that's easy to rinse off. The emulsion stage removes all impurities without leaving a greasy film.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, taking care to remove all emulsion. Your skin is now clean, soft and comfortable, with no feeling of tightness!
5. Use your powder cleanser to remove the last water-soluble impurities (perspiration, skincare or make-up residues) and deeply purify the skin.
Why double-clean?
Not all impurities are alike... and not all impurities can be cleaned in the same way.
Some, like make-up, sebum or sunscreens, are lipophilic, while others, like perspiration, fine dust or toxins, are water-soluble.
That's what double cleansing is all about: combining two complementary steps for a complete cleansing that respects the skin:
