3 tips to boost immunity, skin and hair radiance

Our morning detox tip 

After the excesses of the festive season, it's time to treat yourself to a detox routine for your skin and hair. To start, there's nothing better than to begin the day by drinking a glass of hot or lukewarm water mixed with half a squeezed lemon. This helps to boost the immune system,eliminate toxins and detoxify the body and skin. Lemons also give you a radiant complexion, as they contain antioxidants and vitamin C.

Spirulina, a healthy glow ally. 

This blue-green algae, rich in proteins, vitamins and amino acids, contains large quantities of beta-carotene, which promotes the production of melanin, responsible for skin coloration. So, with a spirulina cure, you'll look your best! What's more, once ingested, the body transforms it into vitamin À, which is responsible for strengthening the immune system and cell cell renewal. As well as acting on dull complexions, spirulina is an excellent anti-aging agent.

Spirulina powder is easily mixed with a large glass of water or fruit juice, and taken at breakfast. It is also available as a dietary supplement.

Thanks to its acidic pH, cider vinegar will tighten hair cuticles and boost shine. In fact, it's the perfect remedy for dull hair!
