The benefits of natural oils for your skin and hair

Nourishing, protective or softening, pure or incorporated into our skincare products, plant oils are a must in cosmetics! And that's thanks to their great affinity with our skin. A remarkable compatibility between the precious essential fatty acids they contain and our own sebum.

What's more, unlike essential oils, they have no contraindications to use, and are even beneficial for pregnant women and babies. On the other hand, they can be mixed with a few drops of essential oils to influence or reinforce their effects.

Which natural oil for my face?

While some oils are highly effective for nourishing and repairing hair and even eyelashes and eyebrows, such as castor oil, others are more effective for combating skin aging and treating problem skin (eczema, psoriasis, wounds, burns, etc.).

Soothe your skin with sweet almond oil

Sweet almond oil has indispensable qualities for dry skin: nourishing, softening and soothing, it is even suitable for babies' skin. Although it doesn't replace a daily moisturizer, sweet almond oil can be used on the face. It is particularly recommended for dry to atopic skin, as it is rich in fatty acids and rebuilds the hydrolipidic film.
